In a recent development, The Lion's Roar has come into possession of a pamphlet circulating in Stormwind, inciting citizens to rise against the nobles and the current establishment. The document, signed by an individual named Casimir, calls for unity and rebellion against what it describes as oppressive guards, suffocating laws, and indifferent nobles. The origin of the pamphlet remains unknown, but it has sparked concerns among both citizens and the City Guard. Captain of the City Guard has confirmed that Casimir is associated with a group known as the "West Harbor Union", which opposes the nobles and the monarchy. However, the authenticity of Casimir's signature is under investigation. A source within a shady bar handed the pamphlet to Hardhy Lester, raising questions about the motives and legitimacy of the West Harbor Union. The City Guard is actively looking into the matter to ensure the safety and stability of Stormwind. House Lapecora, according to various sources, claims ancestral rights to parts of the Dwarven district and is willing to resort to violence to assert those claims. Reports suggest that they have been involved in confrontations, pushing people down stairs and openly mocking initiatives like JJ's homeless shelter. The homeless shelter allegedly opposes noble houses, particularly House Lapecora, with rumors circulating about members of the noble house being killed in a riot a few weeks ago, though this remains unconfirmed.

An exclusive interview with an anonymous source sheds light on the House Lapecora's activities however. The source describes instances of the nobles pushing people around during patrols, openly attacking those associated with the Union, and spreading discord in the city. The source emphasizes that both the Union and the nobles seem to cause trouble for ordinary citizens trying to lead their lives. The conversation suggests that tensions are rising between the West Harbor Union and noble houses, with potential plans for an uprising against the nobles. However, the complexity of the situation is evident, as both sides are accused of causing unrest in Stormwind.
