STORMWIND CITY.
In an unforeseen turn of events (or - this being Stormwind, maybe completely expected?), chaos erupted at The Golden Keg in Stormwind City as violence broke out between patrons. Witnesses claim that what began as a simple dispute quickly escalated into a fatal altercation, leaving four individuals dead and several others injured.
According to sources, the incident started when a small woman drew a weapon and attacked another patron. Witnesses describe the scene as chaotic, with screams and violence erupting throughout the tavern. A witness, who was at the tavern during the incident, stated, "It happened so fast. One moment everything seemed calm, and then there was blood everywhere."
The short woman, who started the fight by stabbing another patron, soon found herself with a slit throat mere seconds after Superintendent Spires of the Stormwind Watch (nicknamed Boots in Blue) tried to intervene. The watchman, having rushed to the scene, was instantly sprayed in blood as the woman's throat was slit but he didn't miss a beat as he instantly demanded the man put down his weapons and surrender.
Tragically, the man refused and instead of the conflict ending with one fatality, the guy jumped on the counter and as Superintendent Spires used a chair to try to take down the man, he shoot a random bystander with his revolver at the same time as he was knocked off the counter and on to the floor behind it. Two watchmen as well as a few other patrons and staff surrounded the man trying to take him down.
Unfortunately the man was not going to surrender, and despite the watchmen trying to use non-lethal force to restrain him, the fight escalated further as one of the watchmen was hit in the chest by an arcane blast. This man truly was skilled, from swords, to shivs, to arcane magic, to gunslinging. As the watchman was sent flying backwards over the counter, the - now double - murderer eventually realised he was loosing and instead of surrendering decided to end his own life by putting his revolver to his head and pulling the trigger. Three dead

But hey, why stop there. As the man behind the counter was deciding to end his own life, a random guy who had been trying to randomly join the fighting decided that he wanted to also go out with a bang. After injuring a couple of people he also decided to end his life, somehow managing to aim his rifle at his own head and pull the trigger.
Four dead. Witnesses expressed shock and disbelief at the level of violence exhibited during the incident, and the motive behind the initial attack and subsequent chaos remains unknown. The shock and horror in the room were palpable as witnesses tried to process the sudden loss.
The tavern, once a haven, now a battlefield, was eventually restored to working order. Bodies carried away by pale faced watchmen covered in blood and brains. Superintendent Mharvin Spires commented that he wished they had been able to prevent the deaths of the four people, but everyone we spoke to agreed that they did a good job handling the situation and it seems the Boots in Blue has gained yet another positive review.
