It feels like I have written this story already. I even think I could make a template and just adjust a few things each time a new serial killer pops up in Stormwind. Sure their bizare reasons might vary slightly, but other than that then it all smells of something we had for dinner yesterday. A little bit stale, no new taste, and not quite exciting enough to make you shiver in anticipation. "Citizen of Stormwind city! There is three serial killers in this city!" was the yell I heard last night while working in the office. I say working, I mean sitting and listening to Hatir play her lyre while pondering the big questions this world throws at us. Three? Aahh, I think that is a low number on any given day of the week. Jaded? maybe a little. Comes with the job I guess. The shouting person went on: "Twenty-five dead bodies in three days!" I admit that body count did get me to perk up a bit. Twenty five? That seems like a lot. But I did have a source in the Stormwind Bureau of Investigation tell me Saturday night that I had to warn the public about a serial killer who had killed three people recently. Source:"It started with one dead body, starting our investigation in contract with the Golf Company. Another body was dumped from the roof of the Bureau of Investigation's door, same M.O. And another was found by the docks, same M.O."
M.O means "Modus operandi" and is someone's habits of working, particularly in the context of business or criminal investigations; but also more generally
Source:"A threat was written on the Bureau's door. With the assistance of the Dawn of the Faithful and their scrying abilities, we were succesful in preventing another murder. The victims are of different races and sex, magical abilities and more."

The suspect is described as having pale skin, veins visible through the skin. Red eyes. Brown mask. Elven, resembling Ren'dorei. Dark clothes. Dark blades with pulsing red aura. A bitter rasp, almost whispering voice. His aura is that of Hemomancy and Void. Of course most of this would fit any number of people in the city, so I suppose the source said it best: Source:"We've reached the conclusion that the public needs to be alerted that anyone can become the next target, and we'd like for the public to take their own precautions whilst the three orders of us are investigating further." When asked how people should take this warning, how they could protect themselves, the source said: "Mainly, don't walk alone after sundown." Not much help really, but now it has been passed on. Be careful out there, and take precaution as needed. It should also be mentioned that people should not act as vigilantes in regards to this. If you have information about the suspect then contact the guards or the Dawn of the Faithful. Do not try to apprehend the person. That was one, lets see if we can find information on the other two. >Remember, you can always come tell your stories to The Lion's Roar. Confidentiality is offered to both guards and civilians alike.
